Court Rejects MPs' Request for Access to Bad Loans Data

Ljubljana, 7 January - The Higher Court has rejected the request of an opposition-led parliamentary commission for access to 1992-2012 data on bad loans at the state-owned banks NLB, NKBM and Abanka, arguing the commission had defined the purpose of its request too vaguely.
