Another Motion against Real Estate Tax Filed

Ljubljana, 7 January - The new real estate tax faces another challenge as a motion for constitutional review was filed by the north-eastern municipality of Rogašovci. They demand a review of articles 25 and 26, which stipulate the distribution of the tax between the state and municipalities.
