Report: Agrokor Lowers Mercator Offer to EUR 105 per Share
Ljubljana, 15 January - Croatian food group Agrokor reportedly wants to amend its offer for Slovenian grocer by lowering the takeover price to EUR 105 a share from the EUR 120 agreed with the buyers in June 2013, public broadcaster RTVS reported on Wednesday.
