Union: Soldiers Hit Hard by Falling Pay, Forced into Bankruptcy

Ljubljana, 27 January - A trade union representing Slovenian soldiers has warned of growing social problems among army staff due to defence spending cuts, reporting that some their members have run up debts so high that they are having to resort to personal bankruptcy.
