Deadline for Mercator Takeover Deal Extended
Ljubljana, 2 February - Agrokor has asked for an extension of the deadline for a deal on the restructuring of Mercator's debt, one of the conditions for the Croatian food group to take over Slovenia's largest grocer. The deadline was extended to 2 PM on 4 February, according to a press release issued by a major Mercator shareholder.
