Mladina: Slovenia Needs Disaster Relief Force, Not Army

Ljubljana, 7 February - As most of the country has been ravaged by the freak weather, the weekly Mladina recalls its Abolish the Army petition of 2010 in which it proposed part of the troops be turned into civil protection and disaster relief forces.
