Govt Says Energy Efficiency Certificate Protecting Buyers

Ljubljana, 12 February - Government representatives presented on Wednesday the upcoming energy efficiency certificate, noting that its main purpose is acquainting buyers or lessees with energy consumption in residential buildings. Certificates will be paid by owners or lessors, while a non-compliance fine will amount to EUR 300.
