Prosecutor: Šrot Caused Pivovarna Laško Over EUR 100m in Damage
Ljubljana, 27 February - Boško Šrot, the former boss of beverage group Pivovarna Laško, abused his powers to "unlawfully finance his management buyout" and caused Pivovarna Laško and its subsidiaries over EUR 100m in damage, prosecutor Jože Kozina said as the main hearing in the case kicked off Thursday at the Ljubljana District Court.
