Constitutional Court Session Discusses Real Estate Tax Issues

Ljubljana, 27 February - The Constitutional Court held on Thursday a public session to examine the constitutional review requests challenging the real estate tax. The hours-long session discussed a number of issues, among them the methods of real estate evaluation, the possibilities of challenging the evaluations and the funding of municipalities.
