Erased Awarded Compensation by Human Rights Court

Strasbourg, 12 March - The European Court of Human Rights has awarded compensation for pecuniary damage to six individuals erased from the permanent residence register in 1992, in what is a landmark judgement that might affect the compensation scheme for the erased put in place by Slovenia at the end of 2013.
