Govt Confirms Single Tax Rate for All Residential Property

Ljubljana, 19 March - The government adopted on Wednesday changes to the real estate tax act introducing a single tax rate (0.15%) for all residential property. The cabinet also extended until 1 May the deadline by which owners must get their property data in order after flawed data sheets sent to owners caused long waiting lines at the Surveying and Mapping Authority.
