Helios Gets New Management
Domžale, 8 April - The Domžale-based coatings maker Helios got a new management on Monday as Austria's Ring International Holding (RIH) took over as the new majority shareholder. Aleš Klavžar, so far serving as CFO, was appointed the new chairman, with David Kubala and Gert Schmidt-Leuhusen from Ring joining him on the board.
