Ex-FM Rupel Feels Slovenia Stuck in Blind Alley Since 2008
Ljubljana, 28 April - Former Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, who headed Slovenia's diplomacy before the 1 May 2004 accession to the EU, believes that the country should focus ten years later on providing a bridge between the Mediterranean and Central Europe. He feels Slovenia has been stuck in a blind alley EU-wise after reaching the peak in 2008.
