Court Presidents Rebuff Political Bias in Rulings

Ljubljana, 5 May - Presidents of Slovenian courts rejected in a joint statement allegations of politically motivated rulings on Monday, a week after the Ljubljana Higher Court upheld a guilty verdict in a corruption case against opposition Democrats (SDS) head Janez Janša.
