Economy Minister Says Mercator Sold Under Price, Sale Unnecessary

Ljubljana, 27 June - Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator will be sold too cheaply, Economic Development and Technology Minister Metod Dragonja said on Friday at an event discussing alternatives to the sale of the retailer to Croatian rival Agrokor. Dragonja believes the sale was not necessary at all.
