Ex-CEOs of Istrabenz, Laško Go to Prison as Higher Court Upholds Guilty Verdicts
Ljubljana, 11 July - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld the 2013 guilty verdicts of managers Igor Bavčar and Boško Šrot for their roles in a 2007 sale a 7.3% stake in Istrabenz holding, Šrot's lawyer Blaž Kovačič Mlinar told the STA on Friday. The punishments remain largely unchanged.
