Landmark Ruling Expected from Strasbourg Court on LB Savers

Ljubljana, 15 July - A landmark decision for Slovenia is expected at the European Court of Human Rights on Wednesday, as the Grand Chamber will hand down a ruling in a case brought by three Bosnian citizens regarding Yugoslav-era bank deposits that was decided in their favour at the first instance in late 2012.
