German Mahle Increases Stake in Electronics Firm Letrika to 74%

Ljubljana, 15 July - The industrial conglomerate Kolektor has sold its 20% stake in car electronics maker Letrika to German automotive parts manufacturer Mahle Group, the daily Dnevnik reported citing unofficial sources on Tuesday. The sale took place around a month after Mahle beat out Kolektor in bidding for a 54% stake in Letrika.
