Trbovlje Power Plant Shut Down

Ljubljana/Trbovlje, 16 September - The loss-making Trbovlje thermal power plant (TET) was shut down Monday evening. While initial reports suggested it was taken offline because long-delayed plans to sell it to a Russian investor fell through, it appears the operator did receive an offer but decided to shut down because the coal ran out.
