Ljubljana, 18 September - A good three months after establishing his own party, which convincingly won the 13 July general elections, Miro Cerar has become the prime minister of the 12th government of Slovenia. After a meteoric rise to the top, the public has great expectations from the respected jurist who is promising a new brand of politics.
