Suspected Slovenian Jihadist Denies Ties to ISIS

Ljubljana, 29 September - Rok Žavbi, one of at least two Slovenians who fought in Syria last year, has denied having fought for the Islamic State. Žavbi told Slovenian media that he had not been recruited and that he went to Syria as a paramedic to help rebels fight the oppressive regime of Bashar al-Assad.
