Ljubljana, 30 September - Environment Ministry State Secretary Jure Leben tendered his resignation Tuesday over accusations that he misrepresented his academic title, a move that will probably avert a crisis in the coalition in what was seen as a first major test for Prime Minister Miro Cerar.
