Popovič Keeps Grip on Koper, Bid to Extend Reach Thwarted

Koper/Piran/Ankaran, 5 October - Boris Popovič won a record fourth mayoral term in Koper, the biggest city on the Slovenian coast, but his renewed bid to extend his reach to neighbouring municipalities has been thwarted and even his hometown appears to be getting more lukewarm about his megalomaniac projects.
