Mladina Says State Must Stop Tolerating "Sole Proprietor" Employment

Ljubljana, 10 October - The weekly Mladina proposes on Friday that the government channel the funds it is using to promote self-employment through the legally dubious sole proprietor status to legalise what is in effect covert employment and thereby deal with what has become the biggest problem in the country.
