Low Turnout Expected in Run-Off Election

Ljubljana, 17 October - After a record-low turnout in the first round of local elections on 5 October, the run-off for mayors in 54 municipalities is expected to attract even fewer voters, based on statistics from past elections. The two candidates in the second round are not likely to get many new supporters, Janja Božič Marolt of pollster Mediana believes.
