Mercator Confirms EUR 200M Capital Increase by Agrokor

Ljubljana, 21 October - The shareholders of Mercator formally confirmed on Tuesday a capital increase of EUR 200m provided by Agrokor in line with the agreement on the takeover of Slovenia's leading grocer by the Croatian food group carried out in June this year.
