Exclusion of Evidence in Balkan Warrior Case Rejected
Ljubljana, 3 November - Almost all requests for exclusion of evidence in the Balkan Warrior drug trafficking have been rejected, defence lawyers told the STA on Monday. The retrial is however not expected to resume shortly as appeals have been announced by defence lawyers.
