Top Court to Hear Janša's Appeal on Term Next Week

Ljubljana, 4 November - The Constitutional Court has decided to hear the petition by Democratic Party (SDS) leader Janez Janša to have his term as MP reinstated next week, after a panel reviewed its admissibility on Tuesday.
