Janša Argues Only Top Court Can Secure Effective Legal Remedy

Ljubljana, 27 October - The lawyer of imprisoned Democrats (SDS) leader Janez Janša, Franci Matoz, explained on Monday that Janša is challenging the recent stripping of his MP status in parliament directly at the Constitutional Court because the top court it responsible for such disputes and because the Administrative Court has proved inept.
