Cerar Understands MPs' Decision on Janša, Announces Legislative Changes

Milan, 16 October - Commenting on the parliament's decision to strip the imprisoned Democrats (SDS) leader Janez Janša of his MP status, Prime Minister Miro Cerar said on Thursday he understood it, adding that MPs wanted to stay as true to the law as possible. He also announced legislative changes to avoid similar legal disputes in the future.
