Janković Cleared in Tritonis Land Sale Case

Ljubljana, 11 December - The Ljubljana Higher Court has cleared Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković in relation to a 2009 sale of land plots in Ljubljana by rejecting a request from the prosecution for judicial inquiry, basing the decision on the fact that the lower courts had different opinions about the status of the plots sold to company Tritonis.
