Fraport Seeking Outright Stake in Aerodrom

Brnik, 19 January - Germany's Fraport is seeking to gain an outright stake in airport operator Aerodrom Ljubljana by squeezing out minority shareholders who currently hold around 2% of the company. Fraport will pay EUR 61.75 per share, on par with its takeover bid, in line with a decision taken at Monday's general assembly.
