Bavčar Expected in Prison, But He's in Hospital

Ljubljana, 27 January - Igor Bavčar, Slovenia's first interior minister and one of the country's most powerful managers before the onset of the crisis, was reportedly expected to start serving his seven year prison sentence on Tuesday but has not appeared in prison. It has been confirmed that the former CEO of the Istrabenz holding has been admitted to a private clinic.
