Euro-Mediterranean University, Fresh Start or Fits and Starts?

Ljubljana/Portorož, 18 February - The Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI) was hailed as the pinnacle of Slovenia's EU presidency when it was formally founded in 2008 in a bid to promote ties in higher education between the EU and countries on the southern rim of the Mediterranean. Seven years on, its future looks uncertain.
