Local Govt Savings Cleared at Committee

Ljubljana, 16 February - The relevant parliamentary committee confirmed on Monday a bill on fiscal consolidation of municipalities based on a recent deal between representatives of local authorities and the government. The bill was amended in line with remarks from the parliamentary legal service and no longer labels its measures as austerity measures.
