Ljubljana, 5 March - The Foreign Ministry has confirmed that President Borut Pahor has consented to the appointment of a new Montenegro ambassador to Slovenia following a report that the new ambassador is the contentious former Montenegrin MP and ex-Podgorica Mayor Miomir Mugoša.
