Brussels, 29 April - The European Commission is taking Slovenia to court over the country's failures to enact EU legislation on the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment waste. Moreover, the Commission issued a reasoned opinion to Slovenia for failing to enact a single work and residence permit for migrant workers.
