Koper-Divača PPP Models Due by Summer

Koper, 4 May - The preliminary proposals for a public-private partnership for the upgrade of the Koper-Divača rail section are expected by the summer, presumably by the last cabinet session before the summer recess in July, Infrastructure Minister Peter Gašperšič has announced.
