Parliamentary Committee Okays Amended Companies Act

Ljubljana, 24 June - The parliamentary Economy Committee endorsed on Wednesday amendments to the companies act that tighten provisions on the incorporation of companies and introduce curbs to prevent the chain incorporation of entities. The main purpose is to prevent unfair business practices.
