Commissioner Bulc: Koper-Divača Project Was Not Mature Enough

Ljubljana/Brussels, 1 July - The project of a second railway track between the Koper port and the Divača hub is in many ways suitable for financing from the EU's CEF funding mechanism, but the problem was that the issues of permits and financing are still open, Transport Commissioner Violeta Bulc said on Tuesday after the project was denied EU funding.
