Key Barrier to Telekom Slovenije Sale Removed
Skopje/Ljubljana, 8 July - The Macedonian anti-trust watchdog has cleared the merger of the local mobile telephony subsidiaries of Telekom Slovenije and Telekom Austria, in a move which could set the wheels in motion on the halted sale of the Slovenian telecoms incumbent to a UK buyout fund.
