Upper Chamber Sides with Municipalities on Funding Cuts

Ljubljana, 9 July - As a deal between the government and representatives of municipalities on the local government funding cuts for the second half of the year seems elusive, the National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, proposes that the per capita rate of state funding for local government remains unchanged.
