Ljubljana, 20 August - The Economy Ministry has unveiled a draft bill on collective management of rights, legislation designed to overhaul the way copyright is managed by organisations representing the authors. While previous such attempts were quickly thwarted, the ministry now hopes to reach a consensus among stakeholders.
