Žito Sale to Podravka Gets Regulatory Approval

Ljubljana, 2 September - The Competition Protection Agency (AVK) has approved the April acquisition of Slovenian food company Žito by Croatian food group Podravka, establishing the resulting market concentration meets anti-trust requirements.
