Public Procurement Bill Passes Committee Phase

Ljubljana, 8 October - The new public procurement bill, which introduces a broader range of criteria than merely price in the selection process and boosts efforts to prevent abuse, was rendered suitable for plenary debate by the parliamentary Committee for Interior Affairs, Public Administration and Local Government on Thursday.
