Dnevnik says govt rushing headlessly with public sector reform

Ljubljana, 13 October - Slovenians are known for their ability to complicate things beyond all reason, the daily Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary, adding that the new reform with which Public Administration Minister Boris Koprivnikar wants to boost efficiency in the public sector is yet another example.
