Mixed reactions as Slovenia grants army power to patrol border

Ljubljana/Brussels/Zagreb, 21 October - There were mixed reactions in Slovenia and Europe Wednesday after parliament passed legislation granting the armed forces limited police powers to help the police patrol the border amidst the unyielding inflow of refugees.
