Ljubljana, 4 November - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld a decision of the fist instance court saying that the dismissal of Matjaž Rakovec as chairman of insurance Zavarovalnica Triglav in May 2013 was illegal, the insurer confirmed on Wednesday.
