Steel group moving to increase stake in poultry giant
Ptuj, 6 November - The Russian-owned SIJ steel group has announced an intention to take over the firm owned by managers of Perutnina Ptuj, which would enable it to raise its stake in Slovenia's top poultry producer to more than 50%.
