Sides present their cases to EU Court in bank bail-in hearing

Luxembourg, 1 December - The Slovenian central bank and the bank shareholders and holders of subordinated bonds who were wiped out in a 2013 bail-in presented their cases on Tuesday to the EU Court in Luxembourg. The public hearing was a part of a review in which the Slovenian Constitutional Court requested an opinion from the EU Court.
